A small house of 60 square meters that directly overlooks the vineyard and olive grove, just a few steps away from the swimming pool. It includes a living room with sofas, dinner table, kitchen, double bedroom, another bedroom with two beds, bathroom with Carrara marble furniture, two sinks and a shower. The whole apartment has been furnished with ancient Tuscan furniture, the pavement is made with cotto tiles, and the kitchen has all appliances: oven, fridge, stove, dishwasher, coffee machine. The house is also equipped with a washing machine, flat screen satellite tv, free wifi network, hairdryer, safe, heating. The house is surrounded by a private garden with a table and chairs to eat outside, and a barbecue. A nice shade is provided by the tall pine trees that surround the house. (accomodates 4 people)
