What’s the check-in time?
Chek-ins are expected from 15 to 20 of the day of the guest’s arrival, either way we kindly invite our guests to inform us of their expected arrival time in advance.

What should the guest do in case of delay on arrival?
In case of a delayed arrival at Villa Agostoli the guest is kindly asked to call or send an e-mail to our contacts.

Who will greet guests at the time of arrival?
A member of Villa Agostoli’s staff or a member of the Stasi family will receive the guests upon their arrival, showing them the apartment, the garden and the swimming pool. They will also provide you with all the necessary information concerning the main attractions of the city and its territory, and also useful information on tickets for the museums, parking and shops.

When should guests leave the apartment the day of their departure?
Guests should leave the apartment by 10 in the morning, leaving the keys inside.

How far are supermarkets from Villa Agostoli?
Guests of Villa Agostoli can easily go grocery shopping (also on the whole day of Saturday and Sunday morning) at strada Massetana Romana, just 4 km from the farmhouse, which offers a wide choice of large and well-supplied supermarkets such as: Conad, Simply Auchan, Penny Market.
Also, just 1,5 km from the farmhouse, in strada degli Agostoli guests can find the grocery store “Antica Salumeria Salvini” that offers fresh bread, milk, cheese, ready dishes, cured meats and typical Tuscan products.

Is it possible to book bikes or museum visits and field trips?
Villa Agostoli’s staff will be happy to book bikes for you for wonderful field trips in the several paths around Siena, as well as tickets for museum, exhibitions, personalized visits with guides.

Are there any conventions?
In addition to Villa Agostoli, the Stasi family also owns the splendid Hotel Garden since three generations, a charming 4 stars hotel located in a 17100’s noble mansion very close to Siena’s historic center and just 5 Km from Villa Agostoli. Guests of the farmhouse can therefore access for free throughout the year the tennis court located in the hotel’s garden, and can enjoy excellent cocktails or dinners with the typical Tuscan cooking revisited by chef Andrea Guerrini in the panoramic terrace of the ancient mansion that overlooks Siena’s historic centre with a 10% discount.
